Business Development Associate (BDA)Location: Bangalore
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Process: Voice & Non-Voice
Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office
RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team.
- Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, WhatsApp and emails.
- Generate and follow up with leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
- Handle objections and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain customer/lead records in CRM.
- Eligibility Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or other Indian languages is an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable with target-based work are preferred.
- SalaryDuring Probation: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month
- After Successful Probation: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA CTC
- Performance incentives may be applicable.
Career Growth: BDA → Senior BDA → Team Leader → Manager
