Job Description

Looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE), who can drive organizational growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strategic client relationships. They act as the bridge between a company's offerings and potential customers, directly influencing revenue streams and long-term market expansion.

Core Responsibilities

·        Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify prospective clients, map out industry trends, and monitor competitors to uncover new business opportunities.

·        Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with leads via cold outreach, networking events, and digital channels to pitch products or services.

·        Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

·        Proposals & Negotiation: Craft tailored business presentations and proposals, handle pricing discussions, and successfully close deals.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies, refine product offerings, and ensure seamless client onboarding.

·        Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and report on sales metrics.

Essential Skills

·        Communication: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication for client pitches and negotiations.
