Job Description

  • Reach out to working and non-working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, emails, referrals, and walk-ins

• Present and pitch Ferilion Labs’ offerings (Java, Python, SAP, Oracle, etc.) with clarity and confidence

• Explain course structure, trainers’ expertise, certifications, placement support, and career outcomes

• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments

• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and enrollment data in CRM/LMS systems

• Coordinate with trainers, placement, and operations teams for smooth onboarding

• Build long-term relationships with learners and ensure a positive enrollment experience
