Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
• Update customer information in CRM/software.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Prior telesales, telecalling, or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
