About the Company
Asia Solutions is hiring energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive for ReCaho, our growing SaaS-based solution platform. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to build a successful career in software and field sales.
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills in Kannada and English who can confidently engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present suitable software solutions. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with potential customers across Bangalore.
· Promote and explain ReCaho’s products and software solutions.
· Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
· Generate leads through direct sales activities and networking.
· Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
· Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
· Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualification
· 0-1year Experience
· Any Graduate can apply.
· Fresher are welcomed.
· B.E / B.Tech candidates are preferred.
· Candidates from Computer Science, IT, Software, Electronics, or related technical backgrounds will have an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
· Mandatory fluency in Kannada and English.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confidence in meeting and interacting with clients.
· Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
· Basic understanding or interest in SaaS/software products.
· Willingness to work in field sales and travel within Bangalore.
· Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
