๐Ÿš€ Hiring: Business Development Executive (Freshers) | Zillion Biz | Bangalore


Weโ€™re looking for energetic, target-driven, and communication-focused Business Development Executives who are interested in stock market sales and client acquisition. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales, financial services, and business development.

6 Days a Week


2nd & 4th Saturday Off



๐ŸŽฏ Primary Responsibilities


Contact and engage potential clients through outbound calls.


Explain stock market products and services to prospective customers.


Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up discussions.


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.


Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.


Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.


Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.


Keep clients informed about company offerings and promotional campaigns.



๐ŸŽฏ Secondary Responsibilities


Assist in lead generation and database management activities.


Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.


Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.


Participate in training sessions to improve sales and product knowledge.


Use CRM tools and sales software for lead tracking and reporting.



โœ… Required Skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.


Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial services (preferred).


Confidence in speaking with customers over calls.


Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Basic computer knowledge


Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.


Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
