Business Development Executive
About the Role:
RoomAdda Urban Solutions is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their accommodation requirements, recommend suitable PG and accommodation options, and support the sales team in converting leads into successful bookings. The role involves lead qualification, customer relationship management, follow-ups, and coordinating property visits while working towards individual and team sales targets. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in sales, CRM systems, lead tracking, sales reporting, customer behaviour, local market dynamics, competitor analysis, objection handling, and the overall accommodation sales funnel. The role will also help develop strong communication, time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
