Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain project details and arrange site visits.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable residential projects.
- Coordinate with builders and channel partners.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
