Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Explain project details and arrange site visits.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable residential projects.
  • Coordinate with builders and channel partners.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an added advantage.
