Bharath Built Pro is a growing solutions provider specializing in architectural hardware, automatic doors, glass fittings, access control systems, and premium building products. We are an Authorized Channel Partner for Dormakaba and work closely with architects, builders, consultants, and project management companies to deliver high-quality solutions for commercial and residential projects.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our business network and generate sales opportunities across Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the architectural hardware, building materials, construction products, interior solutions, doors, glass, or related industries and possess strong relationships within the construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, PMC (Project Management Consultant) companies, Contractors, and Consultants.
• Promote Dormakaba products and Bharath Built Pro solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and project discussions.
• Generate leads and convert them into enquiries and business opportunities.
• Track upcoming projects and identify opportunities for product specification and sales.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, tendering, and project teams for quotations and technical support.
• Follow up consistently on quotations, project discussions, and pending opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing trends, and new projects.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, Construction Products, Doors, Glass, Facade, Interior Products, or related industries.
• Existing relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and PMC companies will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
• Comfortable with extensive local travel within Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.
Educational Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Business backgrounds will be preferred.
