Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Shipping & Order Operations: Oversee day-to-day shipping operations and ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments regularly and proactively identify and resolve delivery delays or exceptions.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate closely with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered within defined SLAs.
  • Business Operations Ownership: Take complete ownership of day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth execution, timely follow-ups, and quick resolution of operational issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
