About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record in business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, colleges, institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strategic partnerships to expand business reach.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Education, Skill Development, Recruitment, HR Services, EdTech, or Training Industry.
  • Knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales.
