Business Development Associate

Tarzan Fitness is a 13,000 sq ft premium gym on Kudlu Road, serving Harlur, HSR Layout and Kudlu. We are hiring one Business Development Associate to sell memberships and run the front desk. What you will do - Handle walk-ins and give gym tours that end in a signup. - Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries — most of our leads arrive there. - Follow up every lead that did not close on the day. This is where the month is won. - Handle renewals before they lapse, not after. - Keep the front of house clean, stocked and calm during peak hours. What we need - 1 to 3 years in sales, front desk or customer-facing work. Gym, salon, spa, clinic or hotel front desk all count. - Working English, plus Kannada or Hindi. You will switch between them all day. - Comfortable being measured on a monthly membership target. - Available for a morning, evening or split shift — the gym sets the shift. - Able to travel to Kudlu Road daily. Good to have - You have sold memberships or packages before, not just handled queries. - You have used a CRM or gym management software. - You train yourself — it is easier to sell a gym you actually use. Salary and incentive ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 fixed per month, plus a membership incentive paid monthly on a fixed date. Realistically ₹30,000 to ₹38,000 a month once the incentive is running. The target and the incentive rate are shown to you in writing before you join — no surprises in week two. Months 1 and 2 carry a guaranteed minimum incentive while you learn the floor and the pricing. How we work You are the first person every visitor meets.
