Role: Business Development Associate (Field Sales)

Location: Bengaluru [Judicial Layout]

Salary Structure:

Salary & Perks:

• Total Earning Potential: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 / month.
• Probation (Months 1-3): ₹20,000 Fixed Base.
• Post-Probation (Month 4 onwards): ₹20,000 Fixed Base + up to ₹10,000 Variable Performance Incentives.
• Resources Provided: Company 2-Wheeler and 100% Petrol costs provided by the company.
• PF & ESI

Resources & Allowances:

• Company-owned 2-Wheeler provided.
• Travel allowance (per km rate) fully covered by the company.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel daily within the designated Bengaluru zone.
• Fluency in local languages (Kannada/Hindi/Telugu). Basic English is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Travel daily within the assigned territory to identify and pitch to prospective clients.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
• Meet daily field-visit and weekly lead-generation targets.
• Submit daily visit reports.

Employment Bond: Selected candidates must commit to a minimum of 2 years.
