Business Development Associate

What you'll do

• Counsel students and working professionals on NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 programs and help them make informed career decisions
• Handle the complete sales cycle — from first call to enrollment closure — via phone and video calls
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain program benefits clearly to prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leads post-sale
• Track all interactions in the CRM and share regular feedback on lead quality
• Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets consistently

Who we're looking for

• Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English
• Graduation completed — no ongoing degree
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (EdTech experience preferred)
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people make decisions
• Target-driven, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
