1. Demand Reconciliation (Demand Recon)

• Reconcile customer data across banking records.
• Allocate specific demand dates to customers using the application based on branch and product categories, enabling branches to systematically track their customer lists by date.

2. Business MIS

• Prepare entity-wise demand vs. recovery status reports to evaluate uncollected records and measure overall collection efficiency.
• Provide visibility to zonal heads and supervisors regarding branch-level recovery performance.
• Conduct route-wise collection analysis to track supervisor recoveries and deliver data insights for telecalling and audit teams to monitor customer accounts.
• Prepare collection stress reports, scheduled collection metrics, and non-scheduled collection analyses.
• Manage Early Delinquency Preparation (EDQ) reports.
• Develop dashboards tracking digital collection percentages across specific banking partners.

3. Performance Incentive Management

• Calculate monthly incentives for field staff and supervisors strictly aligned with company incentive policies.
• Evaluate month-on-month performance trends to identify high-performing and non-performing employees based on business targets and collection incentive milestones.

4. Portfolio at Risk Analysis (PAR - PAN INDIA)

• Analyze over-due (OD) flow month-on-month and deliver timely reporting to identify asset slippages and accurately forecast future financial flow.
• Prepare branch-wise Asset Under Management (AUM) and PAR accounts.
• Synthesize PAR percentages alongside Profit and Loss (P&L) reports to empower senior management to strategize business performance and recovery outlooks.
• Reconcile overall AUM accounts across Finance/Accounting records with the product-wise data to ensure accurate baseline risk estimation.
• Create and present corporate PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for leadership reviews.

5. Pan-India Data Management

• Prepare centralized dashboards (DB) and collection analysis reports.
