Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to independently drive open-market sourcing for Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an individual contributor field-sales role requiring deep local market knowledge and a proven track record in secured lending.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Sourcing: Independently generate leads and close business through open-market sourcing, local builder networks, connectors, DSA, and direct customer acquisition.
• Product Focus: Drive sales volumes for Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• End-to-End Processing: Manage the customer journey from login to final disbursement, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with the credit/underwriting team.
• Market Penetration: Map local catchment areas and establish a strong market presence for the branch.
