Job Title: Branch Manager – Gold Loan / Retail Loans

Location: Pan India (Top Cities & Branch Locations)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives + Bonus

Job RoleLooking for an experienced Branch Manager to handle branch operations, sales growth, team management, customer service, and compliance for Gold Loan & Retail Loan products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve branch sales targets for Gold Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Insurance, etc.
• Manage branch operations, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
• Lead and motivate branch staff & sales teams.
• Ensure KYC, documentation, audit, and compliance processes.
• Handle customer relationships, collections, and recovery management.
• Maintain branch profitability and service quality.
• EligibilityGraduate mandatory (MBA preferred)
• 4–10 years experience in Banking/NBFC/Retail Assets/Gold Loans
• Team handling experience preferred
