Job Description

Job DescriptionKindly find the below role and responsibilities :

  • Drive overall branch sales and achieve assigned business targets.
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Acquire new customers and increase business through Direct channel.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor branch expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Track daily sales performance and productivity of the team.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate

  • 2-8 years of experience in Life Insurance direct channel
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes
