Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Consult with clients, provide repair cost estimates, and suggest appropriate upgrades.
• Assembly & Customization: Build new bicycles from scratch or swap components to meet specific rider preferences.
• Inventory Management: Order replacement parts and track workshop supplies.
