Barista

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team at Raaagas Coffee House. The ideal candidate should love coffee, enjoy interacting with people, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Provide friendly customer service and take orders accurately
• Handle billing and POS operations
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Support daily café operations and teamwork

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation
• Milk frothing and latte art skills are a plus
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to multitask and work during busy hours
• Punctual, well-groomed, and responsible
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Preferred

• Prior café or hospitality experience preferred
• Freshers with interest in coffee culture can also apply
