Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage our day-to-day customer operations. In this role, you will be the handling our customer coordination, managing crucial tasks like document verification, payment tracking, and receipt generation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Verification: Review and verify customer onboarding documents and KYC details for accuracy and compliance.
  • Payment Reminders: Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding upcoming and overdue payments/renewals.
  • Receipting & Documentation: Issue receipts for payments received, maintain accurate records, and update the internal database.
  • Client Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for customer queries regarding their accounts or payment statuses.
  • General Office Support: Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
