Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound activities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work toward closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
