Baby Care Professional (Mother & Baby Caregiver)

Job Summary: As a Baby Care Professional, you will provide safe, hygienic, and nurturing care for newborns and young children in a home environment. Your role is to support both the baby’s daily needs and assist parents, especially mothers, during early childcare stages.

The position requires patience, responsibility, and strong understanding of infant care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Baby Care & Daily Support

• Handle newborn and infant care with safety and attention
• Assist with feeding support (bottle feeding / mother-assisted feeding)
• Burping, diaper changing, and maintaining baby hygiene
• Bathing and dressing the baby safely
• Putting baby to sleep and managing sleep routines

🍼 Health, Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain hygiene of baby clothes, feeding items, and surroundings
• Sterilize bottles and baby utensils
• Observe baby’s health, behavior, and feeding patterns
• Inform parents immediately about discomfort, fever, or health concerns

🤱 Mother Support (Post-Delivery Care)

• Support new mothers in baby handling and routine care
• Assist with light baby-related household tasks
• Provide emotional reassurance during postnatal period

🧺 Baby-Related Household Assistance

• Washing and organizing baby clothes
• Maintaining cleanliness of nursery or baby area
• Preparing simple baby food (as per age & instructions)

📝 Communication & Reporting

• Maintain daily routine updates for feeding, sleep, and activities
• Follow family instructions carefully
• Coordinate regularly with parents and supervisors

📌 Required Qualifications

• Experience in newborn care / nanny / baby care services
• Training in Mother & Baby Care preferred
• Basic understanding of infant hygiene & safety
• Knowledge of newborn handling practices

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000+ (based on experience & duty type)
