We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Professionals to join our B2B Field Sales team in BENGALURU.


The candidate will play a key role in expanding our business by visiting Industries/Factories, establishing relationships, and onboarding companies to use MacHanas as their go-to procurement partner for ALL their industrial needs.


At MacHanas, you won’t be limited to selling just one category — we cater to all consumables, spare parts, tools, and raw materials that manufacturing companies need, across multiple industry verticals including metal fabrication, automotive, mining, construction, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales experience selling machine tools and industrial supplies to Industries in Bangalore
  • Industry Outreach: Visit local industries and manufacturing units to introduce MacHanas as a platform for procuring spare parts, consumables, and accessing repair services.
  • Onboarding Clients: Build a portfolio of companies to onboard them onto the MacHanas platform, ensuring they are familiar with the benefits of the platform for their procurement needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and they receive quality service.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support for customers' subsequent purchases, assisting with procurement queries, and ensuring a smooth process for future orders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales in the Industrial machine-tools sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial spare parts or manufacturing consumables is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and onboarding.
