Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated B.Com Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team as an Accounts Executive. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, reconciliations, documentation, and financial record maintenance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment-related documents.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in maintaining vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Verify invoices and accounting entries for accuracy.
• Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and basic compliance activities.
• Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding finance-related queries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in MS Excel / accounting software.
• Required SkillsB.Com / B.Com (Accounting & Finance) graduate.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Understanding of Debit/Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, Trial Balance, AP and AR.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / other accounting software is an advantage.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Preferred CandidateFresh B.Com graduates looking to build a career in Finance & Accounts.
• Candidates who have completed an internship or academic project in accounting will be preferred.
