Job Summary

VFM Honda is seeking a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor for Premium Bike Service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating vehicle servicing activities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction for premium motorcycle customers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Attend and interact with customers visiting the service center

Understand customer concerns and accurately record service requirements

Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations to customers

Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for smooth service operations

Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles

Provide periodic updates to customers regarding service progress

Upsell value-added services, accessories, AMC, and service packages when applicable

Conduct vehicle delivery explanations after service completion

Ensure premium customer handling and maintain high service standards

Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction

Maintain proper documentation and service records

Support workshop targets related to customer satisfaction and service revenue

Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field

Experience in two-wheeler or premium bike service industry preferred

Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills may also apply

Basic computer knowledge required

Working Details

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday
