• Conduct a thorough vehicle inventory check (recording fuel levels, personal belongings, and pre-existing scratches) before taking possession.
• 2. Accidental Estimation & Insurance CoordinationInspect and photograph the damaged sections of the vehicle.
• Prepare precise digital cost and time estimates for body repairs, denting, and painting using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Manage the Insurance Claim Process: File claim papers, coordinate with insurance surveyors, arrange for vehicle inspections, and secure approvals for cashless or reimbursement claims.
