Associate Technician

Entry-level role ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Supports senior technicians with routine maintenance, basic repairs, and workshop upkeep while gaining hands-on automotive skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Perform basic tasks: oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, battery checks
• Support vehicle check-ins, basic troubleshooting, and part replacements
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workshop and service bays
• Follow safety, health, and environmental protocols
• Document tasks performed and report to supervisors

Requirements Education

• High school diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering (preferred)
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in an automotive service environment
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and components
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• May require rotational shifts
