Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in QSR/F&B/Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Handle customer concerns and maintain guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, cash handling, and operational compliance.
Support recruitment, training, and team development.
Flexible to work rotational day and night shifts.
