Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager - BD MEP Project Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
2. Understand the MEP tenders/BOQs and submit offers in coordination with the team.
3. Attend meetings and engage in techno-commercial discussions
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
5. Ability to work closely with Consultants, MEP/Design Consultants, Architects, and end clients
6. Manage the sales team and provide coaching, training, and support as needed
7. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure successful project execution
10. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
11. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
12. Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
