Assistant Hub Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Hub Manager owns the end-to-end operations of hub; assisting Hub Manager for your hub’s P&L, team health, and customer promise. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the heart of our quick-commerce engine.

What You’ll Own

Hub Operations & Fulfillment

•     Run daily store operations across inbound, storage, professionals, rider management.

•     Maintain order fill rates and completion within SLA windows.

People & Performance

•     Lead, schedule, and foster a team of professionals, riders, and store associates.

•     Own attendance, roster planning, and surge staffing in coordination with HR.

•     Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and on-the-floor coaching sessions.

•     Build a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement.

Inventory & P&L

•     Manage hub-level inventory health: stock accuracy, wastage %, and dead-stock clearance.

Safety & Compliance

•     Ensure full compliance with safetyand protocols.

•     Maintain a safe work environment.
