Job Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or Commis in a restaurant, hotel, corporate cafeteria, or cloud kitchen.
• Education: Not mandatory (Basic literacy/Culinary diploma is a plus).
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
• Mandatory Languages (Any One): Hindi, Kannada, or English.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

We are hiring 2 Assistant Chefs to join our in-house kitchen team to help cook meals for 150+ employees daily. You will report directly to the Head Chef. One chef will handle the morning shift and the second will handle the evening shift.

• Cooking Support: Assist the Head Chef in high-volume daily cooking (Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner).
• Food Prep: Quickly wash, peel, chop vegetables, and prepare meats/spices exactly as instructed.
• Cuisine: Help prepare a daily mix of both North Indian and South Indian home-style meals.
• Cleanliness: Maintain absolute hygiene and cleanliness at your workstation. Wash and sanitize knives and tools regularly.
• Helper Coordination: Direct the kitchen helpers to ensure quick cleaning chores and smooth kitchen workflows.
• Shift Handover: Ensure all prep work and ingredients are safely stored and cleaned before handing over to the next shift.
