Asset Disposal Manager

Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in disposal of Assets especially in affordable sector.

1. Identifying right buyers/investors and sell the properties
2. Maintain business partnerships with accredited 3rd party buyers of assets for disposal
3. Document and journalize all disposed assets
4. Coordinate with the other department to get more leads
5. Prepare monthly asset disposal report to higher authority
