About the RoleMSA Global Technology & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking ITI Fitters to support the ICE AXE defence manufacturing program. The role involves mechanical fitting, assembly, inspection support, and ensuring compliance with aerospace and defence quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical fitting, assembly, and sub-assembly activities as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly fixtures safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and assembly requirements.
• Carry out deburring, filing, drilling, tapping, and alignment activities as required.
• Support production, quality, and inspection teams during assembly operations.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100 quality requirements, safety procedures, and 5S standards.
• Report non-conformities, defects, and assembly issues to supervisors.
• Maintain proper documentation and production records as required.
• RequirementsITI in Fitter Trade (NCVT/SCVT).
• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, automotive, or precision engineering industries.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of assembly practices, hand tools, and workshop safety.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
• PreferredExperience in aerospace or defence manufacturing.
• Familiarity with precision assemblies and quality-controlled environments.
