About Hobby GharHobby Ghar is a creative learning space where children explore art, craft, DIY activities, and hobbies through fun, hands-on experiences. We aim to nurture creativity, confidence, imagination, and self-expression in every child.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Art Facilitator to conduct engaging art and craft sessions for children. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with kids, be creative, patient, and capable of making learning fun and interactive.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct art and craft classes for children aged 3–15 years.
• Facilitate DIY kits and hobby-based activities.
• Plan and execute creative projects using various art mediums.
• Guide children in painting, drawing, coloring, clay work, paper crafts, and mixed-media activities.
• Prepare class materials and maintain art supplies.
• Encourage creativity and participation among students.
• Assist in workshops, camps, birthday parties, and special events.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• RequirementsAny Graduate (Fine Arts background preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for art, crafts, and working with children.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is an added advantage.
• Creative, energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Prior experience teaching or facilitating children's activities is preferred.
• Ability to manage groups of children independently.
