Job Description
The Kenko Life is a precision-nutrition meal subscription company in Bengaluru, delivering personalized, calorie- and macro-counted meals daily across subscriptions, corporate plans, and cafes.
Role: Area Operations Manager - own day-to-day operations across Kenko's cafes and delivery operations in Bengaluru.
Responsibilities:
Manage outlet teams: staffing, rosters, training, and performance
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across locations
Monitor inventory, wastage, and cost controls with the central kitchen
Coordinate vendors and delivery partners for on-time daily deliveries
Track outlet sales and operational metrics; resolve issues quickly
Support new outlet and corporate cafe launches
Requirements:
3+ years in multi-outlet operations, preferably QSR, cafe, or food retail
Graduate with good spoken and written English
Strong team management and problem-solving skills
Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru locations
