Architect – Residential Projects

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with experience in residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating residential building projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with construction standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential projects.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D designs.
• Coordinate with structural, interior, and site execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with BBMP/by-law regulations and client requirements.
• Visit project sites for design coordination and execution support.
• Prepare working drawings and material specifications.
• Handle client discussions and design presentations.
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of residential architectural planning and design.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
• Excellent creativity, presentation, and visualization skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Software Skills:AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• V-Ray / Lumion
• Photoshop
• MS Office
• Experience:2 to 5 Years in residential construction projects.
