Roles and responsibilities
Recruit and Develop agency partner/ Financial Advisors/ Freelancers/Business Associates
Willing to do various activities to recruit partner and advisors
Recruit and manage a team of Financial Advisors/Freelancers and generate business through them on Monthly Basis.
Should be able to align and work closely with advisor/ business associate and help advisor to reach income goal.
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Customer Centricity Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need.
Should be able to create distribution of Agency Partners
