Required Legal Advisor – Non Litigation | Leading Real Estate Company | Bangalore

Qualification: LLB  

Experience: 8+ years  

Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA  

Location: Bangalore  

Joining: Immediate joiner required

Job Responsibilities

- Drafting and vetting of sale agreements, lease deeds, MOUs, and other property documents

- Conduct title verification, due diligence, and legal scrutiny of land documents

- Handle RERA compliance, documentation, and regulatory filings

- Liaison with government authorities for approvals, NOCs, and registrations

- Advise management on property acquisition, joint ventures, and development agreements

- Review and negotiate vendor contracts, service agreements, and customer documentation

- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, property regulations, and company policies

- Coordinate with external counsel for legal opinions and complex title matters

- Support internal teams on legal queries related to sales, CRM, and project execution

- Maintain legal records, track renewal dates, and manage documentation database
