We are seeking a qualified Advocate to handle legal aspects of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and managing sale agreements. n The role requires close coordination with the sales team to support lead conversion while ensuring all transactions are legally compliant and risk-free. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of property laws and be capable of managing end-to-end legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or property law (preferred)
• Sound knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures
• Strong drafting ,and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions
• Strong communication skills
