Department: Accounts and Finance. - Assistant Manager of Accounts

A. Indirect Taxation:

1. Preparing the file monthly GSTR 1 and 3B independently.

2. Reconciliation of GSTR2B with Books Data

3. Preparing the of GSTR 9 and 9C with reconciliation.

4. Attend and clarify with the assessing officer of the Dept. on any GST Issues. and Coordinate with Internal Auditors

5. Should be able to draft the letter to the Dept.

B. Direct Taxation:

1. Preparing Monthly and Quarterly TDS Working In order to make a Payment

2. Preparing the quarterly return of TDS independently.

3. Preparing salary IT computation and filing of Form 24Q.

4. downloading Form 16 and 16A from Trace.

5. Knowledge of filing TDS revised returns.

6. Preparation of Cash flow like Monthly and Quarterly

C. Accounting and Finance:

1. Reviewing Financial Statements

2. Prepare and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

3. Bank Balance Cross Verifying and Reconciliations

4. Assist in managing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

5. Preparation and presentation of MIS.

6. Review and verify invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

D. Other Laws and Regulations:

1. Payment of ESI, PF and PT payments and returns.

2. Cross Verifying and Payment Process Knowledge of payroll and statutory deductions.

3. Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors.

4. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement) for efficient financial operations

6. Preparation Sub contractors Ledger and Verifying
