About Us 

We are a curated handicraft experience center showcasing traditional and contemporary handmade products. Our store offers customers an immersive retail experience while supporting artisans and local craftsmanship.

 

Job Summary 

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administrative Executive to manage store-level accounting, inventory tracking, and daily administrative operations. The role requires close coordination with store staff, vendors, and artisans to ensure smooth functioning of the experience center.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Billing, Accounts & Retail Operations: 

- Generating invoices, ensuring all charges are accurate and verifying data before finalizing

- Maintain daily sales records (POS entries, cash, UPI, card transactions) 

- Reconcile daily collections and prepare sales reports 

- Manage accounts payable/receivable, including vendor and artisan payments

- Prepare quotations and catalogues  

- Track order fulfilment, consignment-based inventory and settlement with artisans 

- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, export documentation and expense tracking 

- Handle basic bookkeeping and assist with monthly financial reports 

- Ensure compliance with GST billing, filing support, and documentation 

 

Inventory & Vendor Coordination: 

- Maintain accurate stock records of handicraft products 

- Coordinate with artisans and suppliers for product procurement and payments 

- Track product movement, slow-moving items, and stock replenishment 

- Support pricing updates and product tagging 

 

Administrative & Store Support: 

- Manage store documentation, records, and filing systems 

- Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and basic payroll inputs 

- Support store operations during peak hours (billing/customer assistance if needed) 

- Handle vendor communications, courier/logistics coordination 

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the experience center 

 

Customer & Experience Support (Optional but Preferred): 

- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment 

- Support events, exhibitions, or workshops hosted at the store 

- Help coordinate customer orders or custom requests 

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 

- 2–3 years of experience in retail accounting/admin (handicraft/lifestyle store preferred) 

- Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.) 

- Strong Excel and data management skills 

- Basic understanding of GST and retail billing practices 

- Good organizational and communication skills 

- Interest in handicrafts, design, or retail experience is a plus
