Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting and compliance activities. The role involves recording sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment transactions in Tally and Zoho Books, accounting for bank statements, preparing bank reconciliations, passing journal entries, maintaining books of accounts, and organizing supporting documents. The candidate will also assist in GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and Provident Fund (PF) compliance and coordinate with clients to obtain information and resolve accounting queries. Candidates should possess basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with Tally, Zoho, and MS Excel, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. A structured 3-month training program will be provided covering accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, statutory compliances, accounting software, and client communication, offering an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance and compliance.
