Account and Audit Executive Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
• Handle bookkeeping using accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and tax-related documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
• Support Chartered Accountants in audit preparation and financial reporting.
• Maintain client financial records and ensure document accuracy.
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in ROC, income tax, and statutory compliance activities.
• Organize and maintain financial files and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
