Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Must have hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Maintain purchase, sales, and accounting entries.

Prepare and manage customer invoices.

Handle stock inward and stock outward entries.

Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

Process GST invoices, GST reconciliation, and assist with GST returns.

Generate and manage E-Way Bills.

Maintain employee attendance and salary/payroll records.

Reconcile bank statements and supplier/customer ledgers.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally Prime (Mandatory).

Good knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, and inventory management.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
