Job Description
We looking for motivated candidates to handle sales, customer support, documentation and online filing of various legal, business and registration services.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell all services offered by Karnataka Vakeel.
- Generate leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and local marketing.
- Explain service packages, pricing, documentation requirements and timelines to customers.
- Handle online applications, form filling, document preparation, scanning and uploading.
- Assist customers with GST, MSME, Shop and Establishment registration, company registration, PRGI, RERA, ISO certification, property documentation, Khata-related services, marriage registration, PAN card, trust registration, 12A/80G and other available services.
- Collect required documents and coordinate with clients, government portals and authorised service partners.
- Follow up on applications, payments, pending documents and application status until completion.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and application tracking in the company CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide timely updates to management.
