Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle client invoicing based on candidate joining and agreed commercial terms.
- Maintain client-wise billing, outstanding invoices and payment follow-ups.
- Manage vendor payments, recruitment partner payouts and employee expenses.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, tax calculations and statutory compliance.
- Verify client POs, agreements, invoices and payment terms.
- Maintain client-wise and recruiter-wise revenue and billing reports.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll, salary processing and reimbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L and cash flow reports.
- Monitor company expenses, collections and cash flow.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors and CA for financial and compliance-related matters.
- Ensure timely financial reporting, GST filing and monthly account closure.
