Accountant

Software Operation — Work on our in-house project management software for quotation tracking, billing, and expense management (training will be provided)

Purchase Management — Record and maintain all purchase entries as and when procurement is done; ensure supporting invoices are properly filed

Invoice Verification — Check and confirm that all purchase invoices are received, filed, and accounted for correctly

Project Invoicing — Raise client invoices upon project execution/completion based on approved quotations and work orders

Site Expense Management — Collect, verify, and maintain daily expense reports submitted by the on-site execution team

Ledger Maintenance — Maintain accurate vendor and client ledgers; assist in reconciliations

GST & TDS Basics — Basic knowledge of GST invoicing, input credit, and TDS deductions preferred

Coordination — Liaise with the project team and management for billing-related queries and approvals
