Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Accounting: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), general ledger maintenance, and daily cash flow entries.
  • Automobile Dealership/Inventory Accounting: Handle GST/tax reconciliation for automobile sales, and workshop job-card billing audits.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, vendor, and floor-plan financing reconciliations.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely processing and filing of GST, TDS, professional tax, and other statutory compliances specific to the automotive sector.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
  • Auditing Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth financial and stock audits.
