Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Executive to handle accounting, GST compliance, income tax return preparation, TDS work, and client coordination. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Indian taxation and accounting processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting WorkAccounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Preparation of financial statements
- Maintaining purchase, sales, and expense records
- Audit support and documentation
- GST ComplianceGST return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, 3B, annual return)
- GST reconciliation and notices handling support
- Input tax credit reconciliation
- E-way bill and invoice verification
- Income Tax WorkPreparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
- TDS return filing and correction
- Form 15CA / 15CB working support
- Tax computation for individuals, firms, and companies
- Income tax portal compliance work
- Client CoordinationFollow-up for documents
- Reply to basic client queries
- Maintain compliance tracker and working papers
- Required SkillsKnowledge of GST and Income Tax provisions
- Experience in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Excel
- Basic knowledge of MCA and compliance filings preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
